First and foremost, member companies enjoy the privilege of being identified as a legitimate direct selling company once they are affiliated with the DSA UAE. DSA membership signifies the highest possible standard of business ethics. It is governed by the World Code of Ethics set by the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations along with the acceptance of Code of Practices regulated in accordance with the UAE laws and requirements.
Advocacy & Ethics
We advocate on behalf of our member companies and the sales channel. We lobby, testify and monitor the local legislation, offer legal advice, marketing plan reviews during the membership application process and random reviews of members to make sure each company starts and continues standing by the best standards in our Code of Practices, maintaining awareness of issues that potentially affecting Member interests. Monitoring economic and regulatory environments, DSA UAE is committed to influence favourable conditions for the markets in which our Members (and their independent contractors) operate.
Global Network Access
DSA UAE is a full member of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA) and is connected to a global industry with annual revenue of $200 Billion. More than 200 multinational direct selling companies serve a network of 100 million people around the world. DSA UAE can connect businesses to this network via respective DSAs in more than 60 countries.
Networking & Committees
Member company executives connect through our networking events providing a forum for pointed mutual interest conversations on the opportunities and challenges facing our industry. Our committees expand executives’ professional networks and offer opportunities for them to rise to leadership positions. Government Representation
Liaise with the concerned governing agencies on industry related matters. DSA UAE is a member of Dubai Association Centre (DAC), which operates under the umbrella of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Trade. Furthermore, the association enjoys close strategic relationship with DTCM and Department of Economic Development (DED). DSA UAE officially represents the direct selling industry acting as the industry ambassador to the DTCM both locally and internationally. All members have access to relationships created by the association and receive support from it to communicate their message to the corresponding parties.
